We have particular expertise in patent prosecution. We draft original U.S. and international applications and prosecute foreign origin applications, a highly demanding practice requiring excellent communication skills. In patent prosecution, we have the advantage of a location in Northern Virginia close to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. This allows us to frequently engage in personal interviews with patent examiners. We find personal interviews to be one of the best ways to serve clients and advance prosecution.
